What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is £49 or 6 bottles.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Certainly, just make sure you bring your payment card and a form of legal ID.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver within 3 working days, if it’s likely to be any later then we’ll let you know.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote UK locations?
Deliveries to these locations incur an additional surcharge from our carriers, included in our delivery fee:
- £25 Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Northern Island
- £50 The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Can I return my order?
Yes, if you change your mind for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com within this time frame. The cost of returning the order will be at your expense and we will refund you, less the original delivery cost (both free and charged delviery options) once we have safely received the products.
If your wine is not what you ordered or it's faulty please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for the collection of it and re-despatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance. If your order has arrived broken please let us know straight away.
