Tasting notes

The nose offers appealing mixed spice and bramble fruit followed by dark, damson and savoury overtones on the palate. The finish is smooth, rounded and nicely balanced.

Winemaking

Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No oak ageing to preserve the fruit purity.
