Tasting notes

The 2020 Caiarossa Bianco is an oak-fermented blend of Viognier and Chardonnay that rests on the fine lees. This elaborate process gives the wine beautiful volume, depth and smoothness with fragrant aromas of orange blossom, pastry cream and sweet almond.

Winemaking

Cooling and selection of the whole bunches with subsequent pressing. For the Chardonnay, the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent ageing take place in French oak barriques, while the Viognier in cement vats.

Crustaceans, fish-based appetizers, fish-based main dishes, fish-based pasta or rice dishes.
