Tasting notes

"Grande Année" Champagne by Bollinger is a full-bodied and intense vintage Champagne, with great elegance and complexity, refined on the lees in bottle for at least 60 months. The bouquet is rich in fruit, with toasted, spicy and mineral notes. The taste is fresh and round, enveloping and persistent

Winemaking

Fermentation in oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle according to the Champenoise Method.

Food pairings

Pairs well with sea bass fillet, lime, baby fennel, granny Smith apple and pink radish.
