Tasting notes
Beautiful, intense crimson red color. The elegant nose evokes blackberry, black cherry and perfectly ripe Merlot underlined by harmonious oak and toasted notes. On the palate that we find all the smoothness of this exceptional terroir; a texture that is both sweet and fresh, crunchy tannins coated with a velvety, smooth texture. A nice balance with a complex and persistent aromatic
length.
Winemaking
Desuckering, leaf thinning, managed grass cover, Traditional Bordeaux winemaking methods in temperature-controlled ceramic and stainless steel, maceration time 4 weeks and aging for 18 months in vats and barrels.
Food pairings
Duck or game terrine with some quince jelly, Shoulder of lamb roasted with rosemary or thyme and seasonal greens.
