Background

The common thread running through Domaine Collotte is the intimate link and love for Marsannay wines. For over 100 years now, each generation has dedicated its life to this village and its vineyards, nestled in the northern part of the Côte de Nuits.

Tasting notes

On the nose, the wine is fruity and reminiscent of white flesh fruits, good acidity on the palate, some salinity on the finish.

Winemaking

50% in stainless steel vats, 50% in barrels – with 10% new barrels for the entire cuvée for 10 months.

Food pairings

Raw, fresh seafood dishes, sushi, spring vegetables. Delicate poultry dishes in light sauces.
